Join us for a fun day of climbing at Pipeworks followed by beers at Touchstone Brewing Company! We are hoping to recruit new people to footy while having fun as a team at the same time. Please wear your Suns gear to help promote our team!
No experience is necessary, just show up and learn from friends! For group events, we do not have to pay the group fee if we are self sufficient (meaning we have 1 certified belayer per 5 people in our group). If you have not been to Pipeworks previously but know how to belay, you just need to pass their belay test the day of the event. Please be sure to complete the Google form if you plan to attend because we need to give Pipeworks an accurate head count for a group event!
Afraid of heights, but still want to hang with your friends? Come hang out with us for some post-climb beers at Touchstone Brewing Company right next to Pipeworks!
Regular day pass and rental rates apply for group events, so this is not a free event (FYI):
– Day Pass $30
– Rental fee (shoes and harness) $6
– Rental fee (shoes only) $4 – harness not needed if you will be bouldering only
