*New* and Returning Players!
These sessions are active, informational, and will get you ready to play in our upcoming competitive, mens or womxns, Metro League which starts in mAY. We will go over game basics like scoring, positions, game play, safety and sportsmanship . We will review and practice the basic skills of kicking, marking, handballing, and tackling. We will finish off with some drills and scrimmaging. Cleats/boots and mouth guard are recommended but not required. Pre-registration is helpful but not required, please bring your friends!
