The SAFC offers 3 levels of competition:
Suns Tag
(aka SacFooty or Ausball)
A fun-filled, energetic, co-ed, tag version of Australian Football. Tag is the most best avenue for new players to try the game for the first time.
Suns Tackle
(Men’s & Women’s Leagues)
This is Sacramento’s local Australian Football League with matches hosted throughout the summer. In separate leagues, men and women play the full tackle version of this sport.
Suns Travel Team
Competing in local, regional, and national tournaments, our Sacramento Suns compete against teams against teams across the nation. Our men’s team won a Division III National Championship in 2014. Our women’s team grabbed the 2018 Division II National Championship. Join our amazing team!
